Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support North America for a growing, global technology organization (~450 employees). This is a 6-month contract opportunity to play a key role in both day-to-day HR operations and broader strategic initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy, support a dynamic employee base, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with managers and leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, hiring, and day-to-day HR needs
Serve as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational initiatives
Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
Execute key HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent development)
Manage multiple HR initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with global HR and talent teams on ongoing programs and priorities
Drive process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency
Support change management and business transformation efforts
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across North America
Lead or support HR projects (payroll, benefits, training) and manage benefits renewals
Drive employee engagement and communication across the region

Required Skills & Experience
Strong HR generalist experience across HR ops, employee relations, performance management, and TA
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
Proven experience coaching and influencing managers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting change in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Comfortable working with HR systems and new technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment
Exposure to global or multi-region HR support
Experience with benefits renewals and compensation cycles
Background supporting high-growth or scaling organizations
