Job Description
• Supporting Radiant application functionality across imaging workflows
• Partnering with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and improve system usage
• Building and modifying workflows in Epic Radiant
• Troubleshooting system issues and resolving tickets
• Supporting ongoing optimizations, enhancements, and possible project work
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other Epic teams including Cadence

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic Radiant Analyst experience
• Radiant Certification
• Strong build, support, and optimization experience within Radiant
• Experience working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, support tickets, and system enhancements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Epic Cadence Certification
• Prior scheduling workflows experience (Cadence or Radiant scheduling integration)
• Experience supporting imaging departments or radiology workflows
• Upgrade, go-live, or optimization project experience
