Job Description

Day to day

• Identifies and evaluates business processes that can be automated using AI-driven agents, optimizing productivity and reducing manual workload.
• · Implements agentic AI automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation frameworks, and other low-code AI development tools.
• · Conducts maintenance and improvements on the orchestration and management of the agent and automation portfolio.
• · Collaborates with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and IT teams to integrate AI-powered automation into enterprise applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• · Configures and fine-tunes AI agents and automation workflows to continuously improve performance, usability, and business impact.
• · Partners with business stakeholders to define requirements, document automation workflows, and assess the feasibility of AI-driven enhancements.
• · Stays up to date with advancements in AI automation frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs) to recommend innovative solutions.
• · Conducts testing, validation, and performance monitoring of AI automation systems, troubleshooting issues and iterating on solutions.
• · Ensures compliance with data privacy, security, and governance best practices when implementing AI-powered automation solutions.
• · Works closely with IT leadership to develop scalable AI automation strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital transformation goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

- 2 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development ideally at an enterprise level
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. IT, Analytics
- Experience with Prompts, prompt creation/ prompt editing experience (would be passing instructions through specific tools rather than coding)
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, and AI-powered automation tools.
- Experience working with AI-powered automation solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, workflow orchestration tools, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Ability to configure, experiment with, and refine AI automation agents to improve operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of API integrations, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and scripting for automation workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business functions and recommend practical AI automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, AI/ML teams, and business units.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

• Masters
• Certification in AI or cloud based automation tools
○ Open AI, Claude
• Low code experience: SQL, Java, etc.

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, or generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, such as Azure AI, AWS AI services, or Google Cloud AI tools.
• Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI frameworks.
