Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This individual will manage executive calendars, scheduling, and communications while coordinating meetings and preparing presentations, reports, and executive materials. They will attend meetings and capture detailed notes, oversee logistics for executive and leadership meetings, and track contracts, deadlines, and documentation. This role will also maintain corporate and executive records, act as a liaison across leadership and key stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and provide occasional administrative or front desk support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years supporting senior leadership / executives
• Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
• High level of discretion with confidential information
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong written + verbal communication
• Extremely organized with ability to multitask

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting Boards of Directors
• Bachelor’s degree
• Event coordination or stakeholder-facing experience
