Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support contract administration, legal documentation, compliance tracking, and research. This role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure contracts and legal processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Draft, revise, and manage contracts (NDAs, vendor, sales, and amendments)
-Track renewals, expirations, obligations, and compliance requirements
-Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and storage
-Maintain organized legal records and documentation
-Conduct legal research and support compliance and risk initiatives
-Review documents for accuracy and adherence to legal standards
-Partner cross-functionally and assist with legal requests and communications
-Support process improvements and contract management systems
-Prepare reports, logs, and summaries while managing multiple priorities

Required Skills & Experience
-Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
-3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration experience
-Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and legal terminology
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
-Experience in telecom, broadband, MDU, HOA, or related industries preferred
