We have created the first distributed sewer product/service that offers a solution to nitrogen pollution and provides key advantages for end users, developers as well as utilities and municipalities. There are tens of millions of aging septic tanks in the United States that will need to be replaced soon; Our client is the first company to commercialize a superior and more cost-effective solution. The Field Technician is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of client's decentralized wastewater treatment systems. This entry-level position involves traveling to various DWTU (Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Unit) stations, collecting process and compliance samples, performing basic maintenance and repairs, and ensuring data is properly documented and communicated. While a wastewater operator license is desired, it is not required at the time of hire. However, the candidate must have the ability to acquire a wastewater operator license within one year of employment.

Day to Day:
- Drive to various DWTU stations and other assigned locations to collect process and compliance samples.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and small repairs as directed by the Licensed Operation Supervisor.

- Respond to system alarms, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate more complex problems as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team, sending daily reports and responding to any requests via email.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist with equipment inspections and operational checks.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of fieldwork, including photos, data logs, and compliance forms.
- Support the team with on-call responsibilities as needed for urgent system alarms or repairs.
