Overview
Insight Global’s client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant / Administrative Manager to support executive operations in a fast-paced GovCon startup environment. This role will primarily support the CEO and COO while building structure across daily operations, systems, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and scheduling across CONUS/OCONUS time zones
Coordinate travel logistics and time-sensitive operational needs
Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, templates, and task tracking systems
Own executive task tracking, follow-ups, and accountability
Draft and manage executive-level communications
Support vendor coordination and administrative operations
Maintain organized digital files, records, and meeting documentation
Assist with coordination for Manila-based project work

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of executive admin experience in GovCon environments
Experience supporting defense, national security, or OCONUS programs
Strong calendar, inbox, travel, and task management experience
Proven success supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
High accountability, discretion, and ownership mindset
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, SDVOSB, or defense contractor environments
Familiarity with federal contracting and subcontractor coordination
Experience supporting CONUS/OCONUS operations
