Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the accounting function through financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit preparation. The Staff Accountant will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and support month-end close and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and reconciliations
• Experience with journal entries and month-end close
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare accounting experience
• Audit experience
• Exposure to financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience supporting process improvements or reporting development
