Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Project Manager with experience to lead roadway capacity improvement projects. This individual will manage projects from bidding through delivery, work closely with Turnpike Enterprise and CFX, and serve as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring projects stay on scope, budget, and schedule. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and supporting ongoing business development efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of Project Management experience
Engineering Degree (PE Strongly encouraged)
Strong background in roadway design, specifically capacity improvement projects (not resurfacing)
Proven experience working with FDOT, Turnpike Enterprise and Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) projects
Experience leading and mentoring junior or developing engineers
Direct involvement in the bidding and proposal process
Ability to manage projects from pursuit through delivery
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
8–12 years of engineering experience
Strong background in roadway design, specifically capacity improvement projects (not resurfacing)
