Day-to-Day:
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance
Metrics
• They will be working with a junior analyst and ideally this individual can help lead
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial)
• Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
• Support system‑wide quality improvement and strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products
Our Legacy team: Organ donor procurement organization
OurLegacy Center is a mini-intensive care unit designed specifically for people who have been pronounced brain dead and whose organs are going to be transplanted. Organ donor heroes will be brought to the facility from hospitals across the 10-county donor service area.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 2-3+ Years Business Analyst
• MySQL - Writing Queries + Building Dashboards
• Power Bi/Tableau experience in data visualization
• Bachelors in BA, IT, Economics, etc.
• Strong Communication Skills + Personality fit for C-suite level communication (going to be working with Executive Director for reporting, idea generation, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Healthcare/Hospital experience
• Exposure to Epic
• RPA/Automation/AI exposure? Building Agents
• Certification in quality improvement, business analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Master's degree
• Background in consulting or PI
• CAPM/Scrum master
