Job Description

We are seeking highly organized, detail-oriented individuals to play a critical role in supporting a fast-moving talent acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving a seamless, efficient interview process and delivering a consistently high-caliber candidate experience from initial touchpoint through final stages. Your work will directly enable the team to operate at speed and bring in the talent needed to achieve ambitious goals.
This role is built for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-expectation environments—someone who can operate with precision, manage competing priorities, and execute without losing attention to detail. Success requires adaptability, ownership, and clear, consistent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the coordination of onsite, phone, and virtual interviews in a fast-paced environment
- Execute scheduling and candidate logistics with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Partner closely with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to deliver a polished, high-touch experience
- Act as the central point of coordination to ensure alignment and clear communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to recruiting processes and workflows
- Support special projects and take on additional initiatives to strengthen the overall recruiting function

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with multi-layered leadership
- Ability to work flexible working hours, up to ~50 per week, depending on schedule
- Ability to report on site 5 days per week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to shifting demands
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Previous experience supporting recruiting or people operations functions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse
