Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives within a highly integrated, security-focused environment. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery across a portfolio of work that includes security enhancements, identity integrations, and enterprise platform integrations. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, stakeholder leadership, and execution discipline, particularly in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting.

• 7–10+ years of Senior Project Management experience (infrastructure / platform-driven environments)
• PMP Certified or equivalent experience
• Agile certifications (CMS, SAFe, etc.)
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives with dependencies across: Internal/ External vendors, and Enterprise partners
• Strong background in:
○ SSO / identity / federation programs (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
○ Security-focused initiatives (assessments, remediation, compliance alignment)
○ Enterprise system integrations (internal platforms + external vendors)
• Demonstrated ability managing high-pressure, high-visibility workstreams, including:
○ Security-related issues or incidents requiring quick turnaround
○ Tight timelines with competing priorities
• Strong financial ownership: Budget management, forecasting, financial tracking, and risk mitigation
• Experience with: Agile / Scrum environments and Vendor management and SOW oversight
• Hands-on experience with: Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) and ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level visibility and reporting
• High emotional intelligence (EQ):
○ Ability to stay composed and lead teams through pressure-heavy environments
○ Acts as a buffer for leadership, removing pressure and maintaining team focus
Handles sensitive security-related workstreams professionally and appropriately

• Experience operating in a hybrid role: Project Manager + Product Owner / Delivery mindset
• Experience in an Azure / cloud-based environment
• Experience in highly integrated ecosystems with multiple vendor dependencies
Prior experience in: Identity modernization initiatives and/or Security transformation programs
