Looking for a hands-on Workday consultant to step in and own reporting, data, and process optimization across Finance and SCM. This person will be supporting several active initiatives at once and will be expected to operate independently with minimal ramp.

Business Processes (BPs)
Calculated Fields (CVs)
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently

Act as the go-to resource for Workday reporting, especially within Prism Analytics
Building new reports and dashboards from scratch
Pulling together data across systems to support business decisions
Maintain and enhance Workday business processes (BPs)
Updating workflows, approvals, and configurations to improve efficiency
Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields (CVs) to support reporting and system functionality
Provide hands-on support across multiple active projects, including:
Adaptive Planning (financial planning support)
Vendor Portal (supplier + procurement workflows)
Grants (tracking and reporting)
Hyland AP (AP/document management integration)
Assist with configurations and system enhancements as new needs come up
Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to:
Translate business needs into system/reporting solutions
Identify gaps in reporting or processes and fix them
Help keep multiple workstreams moving forward at the same time (this is not a single-project role)
Provide light leadership (guiding junior team members or helping drive deliverables)
