Job Description
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team within the Enterprise Data Management organization. This person will lead a portfolio of enterprise platofrms and products, defining and executing product strategies that align with corporate objectives and operational priorities. The role is accountable for short to mid term (1-3 years) product planning, managing tactical backlogs, governance, value realization, and team performance across assigned domains. The senior manager ensure product roadmaps deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. Through the strong leadership and cross functional collaboration, this role drives innocation and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s value anchors.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experiene in product management, product ownership, or business analysis
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, process automation and integrations between enterprise platforms.
• Experience in change management, training program development, and driving platform adoption across diverse teams.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams, abd supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experiene in hospitality, travel, cruise, gaming, or consumer-facing digital ecosystems
• Experience supporting web/mobile applications
• Familiarity with CMS, PIM, personalization frameworks, booking systems, and enterprise integrations. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
• Data Management certifications such as DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or similar data and analytics certification.
