Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Cloud Systems engineer to join the cloud team of a local financial institution. They will work hand in hand with the Cloud Architect to , deploy resources in the cloud, manage those resources, and manage the security of the cloud. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing both physical and virtual server infrastructure while designing and deploying secure, scalable cloud-based solutions. The position works closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs, resolve technical issues, and support efficient application performance. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining infrastructure using tools like Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines, monitoring system performance, implementing security controls, and handling ongoing maintenance and patching. The role also involves maintaining thorough documentation, collaborating with vendors, and staying current on emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
-5+ years of experience in system engineering or a related field with Cloud background
-5+ years of hands on experience working in Azure Cloud Enviornment
-Experience managing and deploying resources in the cloud using the following:(Azure CLI, Azure portal, and Azure Resource Manager template)
-Familiar with Iaas and Paas within Azure
-Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
-Knowledge of automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, or Chef
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-VMWare/ Microsoft 365/ Microsoft windows Certifications
-Knowledge of Databricks or Data lakes
