Job Description
Own and manage the product backlog for assigned HR systems based on stakeholder priorities
• Build strong relationships with HR COEs and business operational leaders
• Define business requirements and translate them into detailed, executable project plans
• Review technical specifications to ensure IT builds align with business intent
• Define test strategy, test cases, and assess expected results for system changes
• Lead gap analysis, process landscape mapping, and organizational impact assessments
• Develop and execute change management and communications strategy (including champion networks)
• Manage project risks — remove barriers or escalate issues to senior leadership as needed
• Run workshops with business stakeholders, executives, and third-party groups
Monitor industry and market trends to proactively anticipate stakeholder needs

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of operational HR experience across multiple HR process areas
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience
• Proven track record in project management using Agile, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience across broad HR systems: HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Mgmt
• Experience with SuccessFactors or comparable HR technology platforms
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and cutover support skills
• Ability to manage multiple detailed workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills — comfortable with executives
Experience facilitating workshops with business leaders and third-party vendors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in large, complex organizations — logistics, cruise, airline, or hospitality
• Consulting or SI background
• Salesforce or Case Management platform experience
• Formal PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification
• Experience building or scaling a product ownership function
Exposure to shipboard or operations-facing HR programs
