This role supports the Managed Care team by analyzing payer contracts, tracking performance metrics, and partnering with revenue cycle teams to improve reimbursement outcomes and ensure compliance with payer agreements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of payer contracting or revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of payer contracts, billing, and reimbursement
• Experience with Medicare / commercial rate calculations (DRGs, APCs, etc.)
• Knowledge of denials, prior authorizations, and billing workflows
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology, coding, and healthcare reimbursement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree
• Epic experience
• Experience with contract modeling and payer performance tracking
• Knowledge of pricing transparency tools
