GRC Analyst

The GRC Analyst will support and help drive the company’s governance, risk, and compliance initiatives by ensuring security and compliance projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with business goals. This role will coordinate and manage initiatives such as risk assessments, audits, regulatory readiness efforts, and control implementations while maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and status updates. The analyst will track risks, issues, and action items to ensure they are properly addressed and resolved, while also supporting compliance with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

This position will work closely with security, IT, engineering, legal, and business teams to ensure security controls align with technical environments and operational needs. The GRC Analyst will also maintain compliance documentation, evidence repositories, reporting dashboards, and related tools, while preparing summaries and updates for leadership regarding compliance progress, risk posture, and overall program status. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

- 3+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or related project coordination roles
- Strong project management experience with the ability to coordinate and complete cross-functional projects
- Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance processes
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding systems, cloud environments, and security controls
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Agile, PMI, or other project management methodologies
