Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Admin Coordinator. This candidate will support medical management through end-to-end referral coordination, ensuring timely authorizations, accurate data entry, and clear communication with patients and clinical staff.

Day-to-Day:
• Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services
• Obtain and verify authorizations per protocol
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and pre-admission testing
• Enter referrals, authorizations, and related data into systems accurately
• Receive consultant reports, maintain documentation, and route to physicians
• Track outstanding referral reports and perform timely follow-ups
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
• Previous medical office experience with referral processing (HMO plans preferred)
• Strong administrative and operational support experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling
• Computer literacy and strong telephone skills
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree (healthcare-related preferred)
• Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, Medicare, or other regulatory bodies
• Experience with EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical coding
