Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced HIM Analyst to support an IT Health Information Management (HIM) team within Connected Care Applications. This role will focus on supporting and improving HIM systems and workflows that manage patient medical records, coding processes, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Solventum (formerly 3M), understands HIM coding workflows, and is familiar with AHCA regulations and reporting requirements.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate medical record coding, regulatory compliance, and efficient application workflows that support virtual care, telehealth, and digitally connected patient services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of HIM experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Solventum (formerly 3M)
• Solid understanding of HIM coding workflows (coder workflows)
• Experience with AHCA regulations and reporting processes
• IT-focused background supporting HIM applications and workflows
• Epic HIM exposure/certs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• HIM certifications (RHIT, RHIA, CCS – preferred, not required)
• Experience supporting vendor coding teams
• Prior experience with state or regulatory reporting systems
