Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Center Administrator for a top healthcare services client. This individual will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an outpatient health center, partnering closely with clinical and regional leadership to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high levels of patient and provider satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on healthcare leader with strong operational acumen, proven people‑management skills, and the ability to drive performance in a fast‑paced clinical environment.


Day‑to‑Day:
• Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the health center
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative teammates
• Partner with physicians, Regional Managers, and Regional Medical Directors to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
• Monitor scheduling, appointment availability, and provider utilization
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and respond to patient feedback and complaints
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Lead hiring, development, performance management, and termination of staff
• Report operational performance, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership
• Support facility growth, space planning, and expansion initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
• Healthcare operations experience, ideally in primary care or outpatient settings
• Proven ability to lead and manage clinical and administrative teams
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory compliance
• Experience overseeing budgets, operational performance, and cost controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Reliable, consistent attendance and professionalism
• Bilingual in English/Spanish

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in a healthcare‑related field
• 5+ years of experience in a primary care setting
• Experience in managed care and/or medical group operations
• Experience with growth planning, facility expansion, or space planning
• Prior experience working with regional operations and medical leadership
