Job Description
This person will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital experiences that drive co‑brand credit card acquisition and spend across the full guest journey. They partner closely with Brand, Commerce, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and bank partners to define targeting and offer strategies, translate business goals into user stories, and manage agile delivery through backlog ownership, sprint planning, and acceptance testing. The role oversees the launch and optimization of acquisition campaigns across mobile, web, and onboard environments, ensures all experiences meet brand and compliance standards, and uses performance data, testing, and customer insights to continuously refine and evolve the product strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services
• Proven experience driving digital acquisition and engagement across mobile and web platforms
• Strong understanding of credit card acquisition funnels, spend-driving mechanics, reward structures, and P&L levers
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, with OKR-based prioritization
• Hands-on experience owning end-to-end product delivery (discovery through launch and optimization)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights, and experimentation to drive decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and external partners
