Job Description
Pulmonary Medical Assistant opening with a specialty practice supporting patients with chronic respiratory conditions. This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing role where professionalism, reliability, and clinical confidence are key.
Support pulmonologists and clinical staff in daily clinic operations
Room patients, take vitals, and prepare patients for pulmonary visits
Assist with pulmonary procedures and testing (spirometry, oxygen setup, nebulizer treatments, etc.)
Support providers with exam room prep and patient flow
Educate patients on testing procedures, inhalers, and treatment instructions
Maintain clean, stocked, and provider‑ready exam rooms
Document accurately in the EHR

Required Skills & Experience
Medical Assistant experience (pulmonary experience strongly preferred)
Comfortable working with respiratory patients and chronic care populations
Experience with vitals, rooming, and clinical workflows
Strong communication and patient‑care skills
Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
EHR EPIC
