Job Description

Job Overview:
Our client is changing how wastewater and septic systems are handled—especially as millions of aging systems across the U.S. need replacement. They’ve built a more efficient, cost-effective alternative to traditional septic setups and are growing quickly in Florida.
They’re looking for a Construction Inspector/Manager to own the install process end-to-end—everything from coordinating schedules and permits to managing crews, subs, and customer relationships. This person will be front and center making sure projects get done right and on time.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee installation of 100–400 treatment units per year, making sure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with homeowners, developers, municipalities, and subcontractors throughout the install process
Support permitting, applications, and light engineering coordination for projects
Manage and build relationships with install crews, electricians, and site restoration subs
Own the installation schedule and keep everyone aligned
Act as the main point of contact for customers—very visible, client-facing role
Handle warranty issues, follow-ups, and problem-solving in the field
Work closely with internal teams to make sure solutions are delivered smoothly
Use internal systems for scheduling, quotes, billing, and communication
