Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Marketer to join our growing Home Health Agency team. As an Area Marketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by generating and nurturing business leads within a designated geographic area. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, strong networking skills, and a passion for promoting quality home health services.

1. Market Analysis and Research:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify key opportunities and trends in the home health industry within the designated area.
• Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings to develop a competitive edge.

2. Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients, referral sources, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities.

3. Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
• Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the agency's clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and a positive client experience.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine service offerings and marketing strategies.

5. Marketing Collateral Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, presentations, and other collateral to showcase the agency's services and benefits.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall market performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• College degree in related field a plus
• Experience in home health, hospice or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales preferred.
• Reliable transportation , active automobile insurance and valid FL Driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Must have outstanding presentation skills and ability to present to large groups of people.
• Experience and competency with use of computers, smart phones, Microsoft Office and clinical or sales software
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
