Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager of Mobile Apps, to lead the creation and enhancement of best-in-class guest experiences and drive revenue through our mobile app platforms and in-park digital experiences. This includes all core app functionality, e.g., things to do, show and event schedules, maps, purchasing, and pass member functionality, as well as in-park tools like mobile food ordering and ride wait time automation. You will help define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for these domains, balancing global platform consistency with brand- and park-specific needs. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, this is an end-to-end Product role with high visibility and broad cross-functional partnership. This position is eligible for Remote Work.

Day to Day:
• Determine strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation to optimize digital adoption and revenue growth.
• Work closely with external vendors and in-house engineers to develop new features and functionality for United Parks’ seven mobile applications that enhance our guest’s trip planning and in-park experiences.
• Establish, track, and optimize against clear success metrics, including conversion, average order value, and revenue per visit.
• Lead experimentation and optimization efforts, including A/B testing and personalization strategies.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for your product area, providing clarity and direction across stakeholders.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Park Leaders, and Operations teams to introduce new features and functionality to support guest monetization, as well as optimize our existing, digital revenue opportunities.
• Balance platform-level consistency with the flexibility required to support diverse park types (dry parks, water parks, Sesame Place, Discovery Cove).
