Company Overview:
Insight Global's confidential client was founded in 1997 and has grown from a small legal practice to a nationwide law firm, providing legal representation to clients in the financial services space.
Day to Day:
Recruiting & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer)
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to drive prompt hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill
Ensure a smooth and prompt onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and new hire setup
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and records in HR systems (e.g., ADP)
Payroll Management
Manage and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission
Review payroll reports, audit for discrepancies, and partner with finance as needed
Ensure compliance with payroll policies, wage and hour laws, and internal controls
Maintain payroll-related documentation and support reporting requirements
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues
Partner with managers to address performance concerns and provide guidance
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support audits, reporting, and documentation as needed
Performance & Engagement
Support performance management processes (reviews, documentation, tracking)
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications
Benefits Administration
Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support
Coordinate with vendors and support open enrollment processes
Administrative Support & Additional Duties
Provide general administrative support to the HR function and leadership as needed
Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and maintenance of HR trackers
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Perform other HR and administrative duties as required to support business operations

Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, or related role.
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
Experience working for mid-sized companies (50-100 people preferred).
Background in full-cycle recruiting & onboarding.
Experience in payroll management and benefits administration.
ADP (HRIS Platform).
Comfortable taking on additional responsibilities in employee relations, HR compliance, reporting, and performance management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in the legal or financial services sector.
