Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a client undergoing a high‑risk Third‑Party Logistics transformation. This consultant will take full ownership of execution for a nationwide 3PL transition, supporting approximately 48 locations across the U.S. The role is highly operational and change‑management focused, requiring strong leadership, communication, and issue‑resolution skills. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, can manage complex vendor relationships, and brings proven experience stabilizing large‑scale operational transitions while driving adoption and continuity.
Responsibilities include:
• Own day‑to‑day execution of a national 3PL transition
• Act as the primary liaison between location leaders, incoming 3PL vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Lead weekly location check‑ins, hot‑spot calls, and ad‑hoc issue‑resolution sessions
• Track open issues, risks, and dependencies across 48 locations
• Ensure vendor accountability and follow‑through on transition tasks
• Document outcomes, gaps, and escalation items clearly and consistently
• Manage complex transitions (e.g., Hawaii) involving overlapping staffing models
• Drive adoption, stability, and change management during vendor transition
Focus exclusively on transition‑in activities (vendor exits handled by procurement)

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven experience leading large‑scale enterprise transitions
• Strong background in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments
• Experience managing multi‑location, multi‑vendor initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder communication and change‑management skills
• Ability to operate independently as a self‑starter with minimal hand‑holding
Experience owning multi‑million‑dollar initiatives ($4M+ labor spend)
