Job Description

We are hiring 6 Deployment Operation Specialists to support the Assurance & Tax People Team for one of our big 4 customers. As a part of the deployment operations team, you will be responsible for deployment resource management, workforce planning and reporting, delivering trends and analytics to leaders via Excel and various tools with a strong understanding of utilization and forecasting. You will provide insight and counsel to Deployment leaders and key leadership team members, including during deployment strategy development and leadership transitions.

Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Workforce Management
• Support deployment resource management, ensuring availability and utilization align with business priorities
• Partner with stakeholders to work through deployment needs, capacity, and availability
• Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, and utilization tracking across assigned sector(s)
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Deliver workforce trends, utilization insights, and analytics to regional and sector leadership
• Build and maintain reports using Excel (including pivot tables and data storytelling)
• Leverage SAP S/4HANA for time‑charging codes and reporting metrics
• Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
• Present findings and recommendations to deployment and regional leaders
• Support leadership with data‑driven decision making related to staffing and capacity
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Assurance, Tax, and People teams
• Enable leaders through clear communication, responsiveness, and operational support
Tools & Process Agility
• Work across multiple systems and tools; quickly learn new technologies and processes
• Apply firm methodologies while adapting to evolving deployment and reporting needs
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deployment protocols

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma (required)
5 years' experience in Deployment resource management and workforce planning
Experience reporting and delivering insights on workforce trends, utilization insights, and analytics
Experience in operations, workforce management, deployment, resource planning, PMO, or client service environments
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
Solid understanding of utilization, capacity planning, and forecasting concepts
Ability to present insights confidently to leaders and influence without authority
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
High level of agility and ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly

Professional services or client‑facing environments (e.g., consulting, assurance, tax, advisory, shared services)
