Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support equipment operations on a large, complex highway construction project in Ocala, FL. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for all equipment support services on the project, ensuring that reliable, safe, and compliant equipment is available to efficiently execute construction activities. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee all project equipment and equipment support personnel, working closely with project leadership, field teams, and corporate resources to support successful project delivery.
Annual Salary up to $110,000.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing heavy vehicle or construction equipment fleets
- Heavy civil construction experience required
- Experience supporting large infrastructure or highway construction projects preferred
- ERP system experience required (equipment, maintenance, or asset tracking)
- Strong working knowledge of equipment compliance, maintenance, and repair processes
- Ability to coordinate across field teams, vendors, and corporate departments
