Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for one of our non-profit clients. This role will support daily administrative and billing operations.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for data entry, billing, and coding, as well as supporting overall office operations. This individual will work closely with leadership and HR to ensure accurate documentation and smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with billing and coding processes
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Provide general office and clerical support

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with billing and coding processes
• Comfortable supporting back-office operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with basic office software and systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
