Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior MEP / HVAC Project Manager to support commercial HVAC and MEP renovation projects throughout the Greater Orlando area. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role focused on renovations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades rather than service agreements. The Project Manager will partner closely with sales, engineering, subcontractors, and customers to deliver complex projects from pre-sale through closeout. Success in this role requires strong HVAC systems knowledge, the ability to manage projects in live building environments, and a proactive, execution-focused mindset. This position reports to the District Manager in Orlando and works closely with the Principal Project Manager based in Tampa.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and/or MEP
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and overall building systems
• Proven experience managing renovation and retrofit projects (not service-based work)
• Ability to work fully onsite and spend significant time on active job sites
• Comfortable partnering closely with customers and internal sales teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• OEM or manufacturer background
• PM certification (PMP preferred; accepted in place of PE)
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Experience with complex, multi-phase commercial renovation projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Salesforce
