Sr. AI Program Manager
The Sr. AI Program Manager will lead strategic AI Programs and Projects across the clients global operations, including program oversight and governance of the AI Factory, an enterprise-scale platform for developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions and the rollout of AI fluency programs/projects worldwide.
The programs they manage are global in nature, complex technically, organizationally, and politically, and require an elevated level of leadership ability. The Sr. AI Program Manager drives outcomes across multiplied teams, time zones, and cultures, achieving results in the most ambiguous and challenging situations.
This role bridges business leadership, data science, engineering, and governance teams, ensuring AI projects are aligned with strategic objectives, delivered on-time and on-budget, and compliant with ethical AI standards.
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end AI Program/project lifecycle from ideation and experimentation through deployment and scaling while maintaining strong oversight of program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
This role is equal parts strategic leadership, program governance, and delivery oversight ensuring the clients AI initiatives are scalable, ethical, and impactful. The Sr. AI Program Manager will be the linchpin connecting vision, execution, and adoption across the enterprise.

• >10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree required. Master's / Post Graduate Degree preferred.
• Strong program/project management experience (e.g., PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred).
• Background in AI/ML delivery or data platform programs within enterprise contexts.
• Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and multi-agent orchestration architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management across technical and executive levels.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and implementing governance frameworks.
