Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst leads and drives quality assurance efforts across all phases of the SDLC. This role is responsible for defining QA standards, developing testing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software. The analyst works closely with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to validate requirements, identify risks early, and maintain consistent quality throughout the development process.
This position requires flexibility, including occasional after-hours support, to minimize service disruption and support critical releases.

This position will pay between $27-$28/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of QA experience, with hands-on exposure to all testing types; integration testing as a regular, day-to-day activity
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, supporting two-week sprint cycles
• Strong manual testing background, with ability and expectation to leverage existing automation scripts and transition into automation testing
• Solid experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation
• Ability to review requirements/User Stories and translate them into effective test plans and test cases
• Strong understanding of IT and software development concepts, methodologies, and SDLC deliverables
• Experience with key tools: test management tools, API testing tools, Microsoft Office, and exposure to SQL
Proactive communicator who ensures timely identification, escalation, and resolution of issues while advocating for QA best practices
