Job Description
The NOC Senior Engineer is a senior, hands-on operations role focused on running a mature
24×7 Network Operations Center. This position is responsible for advanced incident
management, cross-domain technical escalation, proactive monitoring maturity, and
ensuring operational stability across network, server, cloud, and database platforms. The
role acts as the senior technical authority on shift and ensures disciplined NOC execution
and follow-the-sun continuity.
Pay rate is $15-20/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in advanced NOC, SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure
Support roles.
• Demonstrated advanced skills in multi-cloud environments, automation, and incident
management.
• Proven experience serving as a technical escalation point for complex, cross-domain
issues.
• Experience operating in 24×7, follow-the-sun NOC environments
- Leadership experience needed

Preferred Certifications
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
