Job Description

The Inventory Planning Coordinator role provides hands-on execution support for demand and supply planning activities across assigned customers, products, or programs. This role focuses on day-to-day planning tasks, data maintenance, and coordination to support planners and enable reliable forecast and supply outcomes. The position emphasizes execution, reliable follow-through, and close coordination with planners, Sales, Supplier Management, and Operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of supply chain, planning, or inventory experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience using planning systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar)
• Comfortable working with data and reports
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Clear communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and manage routine tasks
• Team player with good follow‑through

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting planners
• Basic forecasting knowledge
• Power BI or Tableau exposure
• Inventory or performance tracking experience
