Job Description

Insight Global's customer in the Manufacturing space is searching for a Retirement/Pension Analyst to join their Total Rewards team in Tampa, FL. This individual will be partnering cross-functionally with internal teams & external providers to support the administration and ongoing enhancement of employee benefit programs. This person will contribute to program design, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver a positive and consistent experience for current employees, retirees, and eligible dependents.

Required Skills & Experience

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years of experience with Retirement and/or Pension Programs as it relates to Employee Benefits/Total Rewards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
PHR, GBA or RPA equivalent certification(s)
Experience with union and non-union facilities
