Job Description
The Product Analyst will act as a blend of Product and Business Analysis, supporting warehouse operations by mapping process flows, writing Agile user stories, and facilitating conversations between business and technical teams. This is not a junior role; the ideal candidate is proactive, not tightly scope‑constrained, and comfortable driving work forward in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Product Analyst or Business Analyst experience
Warehouse or supply chain experience (WMS or warehouse operations)
Agile story writing and User Acceptance Criteria
Jira and Confluence
Process mapping experience (Miro)
Strong communicator who can facilitate discussions and speak up
Self‑starter who proactively looks for work and drives outcomes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Blue Yonder WMS (strong plus)
SAP WM/IM
AMOS (marine operations system)
Experience with WMS migrations or COTS platforms
