Job Description
This person is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex IT and network infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. This role serves as a technical and operational leader, coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
• Lead multiple, concurrent IT and network infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans while managing budgets and dependencies.
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, technical requirements, and organizational standards.
Technical Guidance
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and subject matter expertise in networking and infrastructure environments, including LAN/WAN and Cisco-based solutions.
• Guide technical staff through troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with IT architecture standards.
Collaboration & Communication
• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.
Risk & Change Management
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and execute mitigation plans.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, schedules, issue logs, and status reports.
• Track project progress using established project management tools and methodologies.
• Ensure proper handoff and documentation for operational support teams post-implementation.
