JOB DESCRIPTION
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and managing overall business performance. This role leads operational, financial, and staffing activities while ensuring safety, compliance, and service standards are met. The Branch Manager I is accountable for the branch’s profit and loss and works to meet revenue and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee service and rental operations to ensure work is completed on time and efficiently.
Manage inventory and assets to support production and profitability.
Ensure branch operations follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor cash flow and operational data and report results to leadership.
Promote and enforce workplace safety standards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.
Serve as the point of contact for safety‑related matters with regulatory agencies.
Lead and supervise branch staff, including direct and indirect reports.
Hire, train, and develop employees.
Conduct performance evaluations and address employee performance issues.
Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in business management, sales, or operations, preferably in construction or industrial services.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
