Job Description

Our client is looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their office. This individual will be the main point of contact for employees and visitors while managing daily office needs, facilities upkepp, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, bringing a high level of professionalism and a strong customer focused approach to their work.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in office management, office administration, administrative assistant, or receptionist roles
• Hands-on experience supporting office operations and day-to-day office management responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Customer service oriented mindset, with a positive, collaborative, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating building maintenance
• Knowledge of workplace safety and emergency procedures
