Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Run commercial conduit (¾” pipe), including offsets and 3-point saddles
• Pull low-voltage wiring and install wire housings and ductwork
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage electrical systems
• Perform work related to motor controls, figure transformers, fire alarm systems, and access control systems
• Support building automation and controls systems, working from a controls standpoint
• Install school plugs and support electrical needs in educational environments
• Assist with projects in stadiums, airports, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and commercial office spaces
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Coordinate closely with BAS technicians and controls teams
• Perform light carpentry as needed to support installations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and airport/TSA requirements
This role is strictly low-voltage — no high-voltage work required.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrician experience
• Hands-on experience running conduit and pulling wire
• Solid low-voltage background (controls, BAS, fire alarm, access controls)
• Ability to pass TSCA/TSA clearance for airport access
