-We are seeking a Senior Performance Guidewire Engineer with 10+ years of hands‑on Guidewire experience to join our onsite team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned Guidewire expert who thrives in high‑impact production environments, excels at diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and can drive performance optimization across mission‑critical insurance applications.
This person will serve as a senior technical authority for Guidewire performance, production support, and issue resolution—ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability for the core systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
-Proven Guidewire expert with deep understanding of configuration, integration, GOSU, and Guidewire architecture.
-Extensive experience in production support, including real‑time issue resolution and post‑incident analysis.
-Strong background in performance engineering, including profiling, tuning, and load testing.
-Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Cloud or on‑prem implementations.
-Proficiency with Java, GOSU, SQL, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).
-Strong understanding of web services, messaging, and integration patterns.
-Ability to work onsite in Lake Mary, FL.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues under pressure.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) performance tuning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, or DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of insurance domain workflows and business processes.
- Prior experience leading performance engineering initiatives or production support teams.
- Certifications such as Guidewire Certified Specialist or Guidewire Cloud Certified.
