Job Description

This position leads Federal business development and capture efforts, with accountability for pipeline development, strategy, and revenue growth. The role partners with Federal customers, teaming partners, and internal stakeholders to qualify opportunities, develop win strategies, and support proposal execution. Success is driven by strong market insight, disciplined capture processes, and close collaboration with delivery teams. Compensation is experience‑based, with a range of $100K–$150K.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, capture management, or proposal support
- Experience using SharePoint and federal sourcing tools such as SAM.gov, FedConnect, Deltek, GovWin IQ, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting U.S. Federal customers, including ---- DoD and Federal Civilian agencies
-Experience selling professional services or solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting 8a businesses/federal contracting environments
-Ideally experience with Base Operations, Facilities Management, Range Operations and Engineering
