Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the brokerage advisory function with a strong focus on alternative investments, including DSTs and 1031 Exchanges. The person in this role will manage and support a team of 3–4 brokerage advisory professionals while staying closely involved in daily operations. They will guide transactions, support advisors, and ensure work is completed accurately, compliantly, and in line with firm standards. This is a hands‑on position within a smaller firm, requiring someone who can lead confidently, work collaboratively across teams, and support both advisor needs and business growth.
Salary: 100k$-130k$

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in alternative investments.
- No traditional investment- only backgrounds.
- Experience with DSTs and 1031 Exchanges is required.
- 3–5 years of experience as a manager in brokerage advisory
- Bachelor's degree required
- FINRA Series 7 required.
- Active Series 24 or Series 66 required.
