Job Description
We’re looking for a senior leader to define and evolve enterprise change and release practices in a complex, always-on environment. This role partners closely with technology, product, and operations teams to enable safe, predictable delivery while supporting speed and business priorities.

Own the approach to change enablement and release management
Balance risk, stability, and agility across teams
Lead and develop a high-performing change organization
Drive continuous improvement through metrics and insights

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of people management experience
Background in IT service management or a similar role
Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow experience preferred)
Experience working with enterprise monitoring and delivery tools
Strong technical foundation with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset, especially during high-impact or escalated situations
