Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT PM for one of their largest entertainment clients. This person will lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project. The right candidate must be able to manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project. They should demonstrate experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity and types (e.g., application development, outsources services), be able to execute Software Development Methodology and techniques as developed and governed by the internal PMO, proactively foster an environment of collaboration among teams and provide day-to-day direction for team resources. This includes all aspects of systems implementation from requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration and test, through deployment and support of various system applications including developing detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, organizing inter- and intra-departmental activities, conducting project meetings, providing project tracking details and project analysis.

Required Skills & Experience
Senior-level IT Project Management experience (5–20 years)
Strong fundamentals in PMP-style project management (certification not required)
Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning
Executive-level communication (status reporting, executive decks, VP-level updates)
Experience working closely with technical teams (software engineers, architects, systems engineers)
SDLC experience in Agile or modified Agile environments
Strong resume demonstrating measurable project results
Ability to stitch together multiple workstreams and downstream dependencies
Long-term project stability (no job hopping)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Experience with Adobe platforms / digital personalization tools
Technical familiarity with Java, Node.js, and backend integrations
Experience working with backend vendors and downstream providers
Previous experience in large enterprise or media environments
