Job Description
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance metrics
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial)
• Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
• Support system‑wide quality improvement and strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products

Required Skills & Experience
* 2 years of BA experience (business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics)
* Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, power bi/tableau or other data visualization tools
*·Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to executive audiences
·*Ability to summarize data, present findings, and facilitate discussions
* Self‑motivated, collaborative, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
*Come from a PI (process/performance improvement) background
*Lean Six sigma or willing to obtain
*CAPM or Scrum master
