Job Description
Insight Global’s client is seeking to bring on a Director of Nursing to oversee all clinical operations within their home health agency. This individual will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising and supporting clinical staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate is a Florida‑licensed RN with strong home health leadership experience, hands‑on OASIS knowledge, and experience working in Kinnser/WellSky and Google Cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience
Florida‑licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 2 years of home health experience
At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
Hands‑on experience with OASIS documentation
Experience using Kinnser / WellSky EMR
Experience working in Google Cloud–based environments
Experience caring for geriatric patients (with some adult/pediatric exposure)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual in Spanish or Creole
