Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher with experience in truckload, container drayage, or intermodal freight to coordinate and manage the daily movement of trucks and containers. This role requires strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and turnarounds while meeting customer and port requirements. There is a very high volume of work to be done so it is crucial this individual is hard working and driven. Lastly, it is important that this individual has great communication, as they will be dealing with customers directly.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years dispatching high‑volume long‑haul / container trucking
Experience managing 100+ loads/volume across calls, emails, drivers, and customers
Strong customer service and communication skills (direct client interaction)
Bilingual: English & Spanish
High school diploma
Comfortable working fully onsite
